What makes our portraits different from a one-click AI filter is the human attention that goes into selecting, directing, refining, correcting, and preparing each piece for you.

We use the photos you provide as references and pay close attention to recognizable features like facial structure, markings, coloring, expression, ears, eyes, and other little details that make your pet your pet. Because every portrait is stylized artwork rather than a photograph, some artistic interpretation is part of the process.

Clear, well-lit photos work best. Ideally, your pet's face should be visible and in focus without heavy filters or anything blocking important features. Don't have the perfect photo? Send us the best ones you have. Multiple photos are welcome and can actually help us better understand your pet's appearance.

Absolutely. We know some of the most meaningful photos aren't necessarily the best-quality photos—especially when creating a portrait of a pet who's no longer with us. We'll do our best with what you have and reach out if we need another reference.

Yes. Your pets don't necessarily need to appear together in the original photograph. We can use separate reference photos to create one cohesive portrait.

Of course. Minor revisions are part of the process. We want you to feel good about the portrait before it's printed. For major changes—such as completely changing the composition, replacing reference photos, or requesting an entirely different style—additional design work may be required.
