• Turnaround: custom apparel, prints, and Pet Portraits are running 2–3 weeks right now, in addition to shipping time. Ready-made Shop items ship within 3–5 business days.
• Shipping time: 3–7 business days via USPS or UPS, depending on your location.
• Shipping area: continental United States. Local Metro Detroit pickup is available — ask at checkout or in your quote request.
• Tracking: you'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shop items (ready-made apparel): returns accepted within 14 days of delivery, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached. Email tricountytees@gmail.com to start a return.

Custom work & Pet Portraits: because these are made specifically for you, they're final sale once you approve the digital proof. That's exactly what our 100% satisfaction guarantee covers before then — if your proof isn't right, we'll revise it, and if we can't get it there, you're refunded in full, no hassle.
