The design
There is a long run of pop culture that treats Detroit as shorthand for the future going wrong – machine city, ruin city, the place the story is set when the story is bleak. Detroit techno came out of the same years and made something else of it. This design sits in that overlap: retro-futurist line work on a light garment, wearable in daylight, still a little dystopian if you look at it directly.

Questions about this shirt
How does the print hold up on light garments? Very well. Light blanks do not need a white underbase, so the ink sits directly in the fibers and the print stays soft and flat. Wash cold and inside out, tumble dry low, and skip the bleach and fabric softener.
Does it run big or small? True to size. This is a 5.3 oz heavyweight unisex blank with a standard cut – order the size you normally wear. Go up one if you want extra room through the body. Available S through 6XL.
When will it arrive? It prints and ships from Detroit within three to five business days, with tracking sent when it leaves. Custom and bulk orders are quoted separately, usually within one business day.
